Over the years, my kids have convinced me to create two murals in our current home. The first one, The Lorax, was completed February of 2020 - right before everything shut down due to Covid. The second, a Pokémon mural, was completed in 2025. One kid wanted “cute” Pokémon. One kid wanted “Mewtwo and Arceus fighting each other in front of a moon”. My solution was to create several Pokemon scenes within bubbles! Both murals were first sketched out directly onto the wall with pencil and then painted with acrylic paint.
